Sergiy Frantsishko has over 22 years of experience in the technology industry, particularly in the financial sector. Sergiy joined Mastercard in 2004 as a Consultant and in 2012 he was appointed as the Vice President of Business Development in Ukraine, Moldova (since 2014), Georgia, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan (since 2015). Before joining Mastercard, Sergiy worked as the Head of Payment Card Department in Oschadbank. Earlier he had held positions at private IT companies and state enterprises.

Sergiy graduated from the National Technical University of Ukraine “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” with an honors degree in electrical engineering. Now he is finishing MBA degree in Edinburgh Business School.
